Fort Sanders Sevier Wellness Center's personal training program offers one-on-one instruction or group training.
The Center's personal trainers are all professionally certified. They possess the education, experience, and resources required to assist you in reaching your fitness goals.
If you are in need of extra motivation, weight management, strength training, or sport specific training, our personal trainers can help. At Fort Sanders Sevier Wellness Center, we recognize that everyone has different fitness goals. Let our personal trainers design a program that is right for you.

Sports Enhancement
Fort Sanders Sevier Wellness Center's sports enhancement program "Athletic Excellence" is designed for athletes of all ages and skill levels. Everyone from the recreational athlete to the NCAA All-American can benefit from our training.
Athletic Excellence is designed to improve athletes:
- Strength
- Power
- Speed
- Coordination
- Agility
- Reaction Time
- Vertical Jump
Programs are offered at the Pigeon Forge Community Center. Sport specific camps are available upon request. Off-site training is also available upon equipment availability.

Weight Management
Weigh-To-Go is a 6-week group-based program designed to help you reach your weight management goals. Weigh-To-Go combines exercise and nutrition education to provide you with the tools you need for success. Participants meet once a week for nutrition class and twice a week for personal training. Classes consist of 3-4 people.

- Fat & Cholesterol/Low Fat Cooking
- Eating Out
